4-OPERATIONS  

You created the product and marketed it well which created demand. It's time to deliver the quality product on time and also ensuring that you are within budget. This can be achieved through efficient operations that is able to take care of the spike and slow down in demand situations. You also have the option to do it inhouse or outsource it.

5-FINANCE  

This is the fuel that runs your organisation. Too quick expenses will burn you out and too slow speed keeps away from doing the necessary activities. Finance decisions should be made wisely. Getting debt should be always be the delayed as much as possible specially for Start up business. Always remember "CASH is KING".

6-INVESTOR RELATIONS  

New business startups are mainly launched with a smart/ revolutionary product idea. Very soon they run out of the needed cash for growing the business. They are highly dependent on the angel investors and a good relation with investor network is an essential skill.

7-CUSTOMER RELATIONS  

You have your business worthful only when you have customers who are ready to take your products/ services. Managing your customers well should always be a top priority activity for all top leaders in the organisation. Any investor would ask about customers before they invest more money into the business.

8- SELF  

You are running business. You are setting up strategy to run your business profitably. You are working with investors to bring in more resources to fuel growth plans. You are keeping your customers and employees happy. You can't drink from an empty glass. Remember that "your business is because of you and not otherwise". You must take very good CARE of YOURSELF.
